BIOGRAPHY

Eliza Simons represents individuals and corporations in internal investigations, criminal and regulatory proceedings, and civil litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Simons clerked for the Honorable Nina Gershon of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and practiced as a litigation associate with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. She earned her law degree magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2021, where she served as Associate Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review and externed for the Honorable Sarah L. Cave, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of New York, and the Honorable Claire R. Kelly of the U.S. Court of International Trade. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University in 2018. Ms. Simons is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
