Caelyn Stephens represents clients in criminal and regulatory proceedings and in civil litigation, and has experience conducting corporate internal investigations. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Stephens was a litigation associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. She graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University in 2012, and received her law degree from Harvard Law School in 2015, where she graduated cum laude. Ms. Stephens is admitted to practice in New York and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
