David Hoffman’s practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense, regulatory investigations, and complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Hoffman clerked for the Honorable Lorna G. Schofield of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Hoffman also worked as a senior complex commercial litigation associate at Vinson & Elkins LLP. He graduated from Yale Law School in 2017 and summa cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis in 2014. Mr. Hoffman is admitted to practice in New York, before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
